7 Days Easy Returns/Replacement*

All items are eligible for free replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you.

Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

Return Shipping

Generally our courier partners pick the returns from customer, but in some locations/ pin codes our Return pickup facility may not be available. For these locations you have to return product yourself by using a courier service.

All shipping costs (Forward/Return) ,If Applicable is borne by us. And will be refunded back separately to buyer.Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should use a trackable shipping/ courier service. So that we receive it hassle free.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
